First thing: Shaye is doing very well. His injections were uneventful and besides being very tired and sporting a headache, he is well. Only time will tell what happens next. We spent the majority of the day at the hospital and Madelyn was amazing!! Not only did she behave VERY well for the limited space and play options we had (she was with me or in her stroller), she got us in early. Multiple procedures are scheduled in the a.m. and you are placed on a list. When your name comes up, you go - well, the Doc shot us straight to the top so we didn't have to be there any longer than necessary with a baby - NICE :)

"Oh, Hi Mommy."In other news, we have spotted our first tooth! Could there be an end in sight to all this madness? I hear that after the first tooth, the symptoms lessen or baby just gets a bit more of a handle on things. We have had LOTS of drooling and a very runny nose the last two days. Last night's investigation led me to a small hole and a pokey tooth cutting through Maddy's bottom gums. Of course this buys her a crabby card and she has been milking it ALL evening!

MAN, totally jealous of your TOOTH announcement! ava has been runny nose/crabby/not eating the past two days. i pray i wake up to a molar after all this fussiness she's been giving us. :)
Glad to hear Shaye is doing well! Wow a tooth--how exciting! She is growing so fast! Hope you have a great rest of the week as you count down the school days!
